How It Works
1 – Request an Account
If you do not already have an account, please email us using your institutional email address:
Our team will create an account for you.
2 – Submit Your Job Listing
Submit your job using the form at Add a Job.
Alternatively, you may email your job advertisement as a DOC file along with your institutional logo to [email protected].
3 – Upload Your Institutional Logo
Upload your logo using:
Please name the file with your institution or university name.
Recommended size: 1200 × 1200 px.
4 – Review and Publication
The HigherEduSpot team will review the submitted information, including your logo and job details.
Once verified, the job listing will be published and categorized appropriately on:
THE Jobs – Higher Education Jobs
Publication time: within 72 hours.
5 – Invoice and Payment
Once the job listing is received, an invoice will be issued.
Payment terms: 7 days.
Institutions That May Post Jobs
Higher education institutions and research institutes worldwide are welcome to post job listings, including:
- Universities
- Colleges
- Research institutes
- Higher education organizations
Job Categories include:
- Administrative Jobs
- Faculty (Assistant, Associate, Professor) Jobs
- Executive Jobs
- Research and Postdoc Jobs
Payment Process
1. The institution submits a job listing via Add a Job or by email.
2. The HigherEduSpot team reviews the submission.
3. The job listing is published within 72 hours.
4. An invoice is issued to the institution.
5. Payment terms: 7 days.
Additional Notes
- Job listings remain active for 30 days.
- Institutions may also submit job advertisements via email instead of using the online form.
- The HigherEduSpot team may assist with preparing the job listing page if requested.
