Welcome to HigherEduSpot at highereduspot.com. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

HigherEduSpot is operated by Xolo Go OÜ.

Section	Description
Use of Platform	HigherEduSpot provides services for international higher education jobs, scholarly discussions, and academic knowledge sharing.
User Accounts	Users may create a HigherEduSpot Scholar account to participate in discussions and contribute content.
Job Listings	Institutions may post faculty, research, postdoc, administrative, and executive positions through the HigherEduSpot platform.
Content Contributions	Scholars and users may contribute pages and discussions to help build a Higher Education Encyclopedia across the platform.
Intellectual Property	Users must ensure that submitted content does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
Platform Rights	HigherEduSpot reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates platform policies.

2. Scope of Services

HigherEduSpot provides a digital platform for connecting higher education job seekers and recruiters. Services include job posting, browsing academic and administrative job listings, and career support resources.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, damage, or interfere with the platform. Unauthorized access or harmful activities are prohibited.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for job postings are processed in advance and invoiced by Xolo Go OÜ.

• The fee for posting a single job is €170.00 EUR / 30 days (Prices listed are net).
• VAT may apply depending on the Institution's location and VAT registration status.
• All payments for job postings are final and non-refundable once the job listing has been reviewed or published.

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. HigherEduSpot reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for any refund request.

VAT is applied in accordance with applicable European Union VAT regulations. Reverse charge may apply for EU customers with a valid VAT number.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by HigherEduSpot or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, HigherEduSpot makes no guarantees regarding job placement or content accuracy. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and handling of your data.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
