The fee for posting a single job on HigherEduSpot is €170 EUR for a 30-day listing.
VAT is applied depending on the institution’s location and VAT registration status in accordance with European Union VAT regulations.

How It Works
1 – Request an Account
If you do not already have an account, please email us using your institutional email address:
Our team will create an account for you.
2 – Submit Your Job Listing
Submit your job using the form at Add a Job.
Alternatively, you may email your job advertisement as a DOC file along with your institutional logo to [email protected].
3 – Upload Your Institutional Logo
Upload your logo using:
Please name the file with your institution or university name.
Recommended size: 1200 × 1200 px.
4 – Review and Publication
The HigherEduSpot team will review the submitted information, including your logo and job details.
Once verified, the job listing will be published and categorized appropriately on:
THE Jobs – Higher Education Jobs
Publication time: within 72 hours.
5 – Invoice and Payment
Once the job listing is received, an invoice will be issued.
Payment terms: 7 days.

- Institutions may also submit job advertisements via email instead of using the online form.
